Monday – Friday

6.30 – 7.30 am:  Zazen*

Monday – Friday:

7.30 – 8.30 am:  Yoga       

Saturday:5.00 – 9.00 am: MiniRetreat

  5 − 6 am: Zazen

  30 minutes – Sutras

  6:30 am – Samu (work period)

  7 am – Breakfast

  8 − 8:30 am: Zazen (with private instruction available)

  8:30 − 9am: Talk

  9 am -> Tea

PM Activities

Monday and Wednesday:

19.00 – 20.30:  Zazen

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

20.30 – 21.30: Yoga/ Kettle Bell & TRX Workout

Tuesday:

19.30 a 20.30 pm – Dr. David Hawkins – Study Group

Thursday:

18.00 pm:  A Course in Miracles

Saturday:

18.00 a 20.00pm. (Every other weekend) Discussion/Lecture on Zen Topics.
